ProposalForge ("we") provides a proposal-generation service for independent consultants. This page summarises what data we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account: your email and credentials.
- Profile: name, company, logo.
- Proposal content and contacts you add.
- Aggregated usage (opens, generations).
How we use it
Your data is used only to operate the service — generate proposals, send emails you request, and show your analytics. We do not sell your data.
Third parties
We use Anthropic (generation), Stripe (payments), Resend (emails) and Supabase (database + auth). Each processes data under its own terms.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request export or deletion of your account at any time by emailing malo@proposalforge.tech.
