By creating a ProposalForge account you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
The service
ProposalForge generates business proposals using AI. You must review every proposal before sending it. The service is provided "as-is", without warranty.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel any time — cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.
Acceptable use
Do not generate proposals for illegal activity, to impersonate others, or to spam. Violating accounts may be suspended.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not responsible for business decisions based on generated content.
